Create · Sign · Seal
Court-ready contracts, signed and sealed in minutes.
Build a contract from a vetted Australian template, sign your side, and send it for signature. The moment both parties sign, Contract Ledger seals a tamper-evident copy — hashed and timestamped — that holds up if it’s ever questioned.
How it works
From blank page to sealed agreement, on your phone.
No printing, no scanning, no posting documents back and forth. Four steps from start to a copy that’s safe to rely on.
Pick a template
Start from a plain-English Australian template — service, fixed-price, NDA, hire and more. Each one loads sensible starter clauses.
Add terms & sign
Set the value, the other party and your clauses — reorder or edit any of them — then sign your side first.
Send for signature
The other party gets a secure link and signs on any device — no app, no account. You can’t edit it once it’s sent.
Sealed & secured
As soon as both sign, the contract is sealed: hashed, timestamped, and stored as a tamper-evident copy for both of you.
Features
Everything a small business needs to agree properly.
A seal you can prove
Every sealed contract gets a SHA-256 fingerprint and an RFC-3161 trusted timestamp. Change a single character and the fingerprint no longer matches — so a sealed copy is evidence it hasn’t been altered.
Full audit trail
Created, sent, viewed, signed, sealed — every event is timestamped and kept on an append-only record.
Vetted templates
Nine agreement types covering the common jobs Australian businesses actually sign.
Sign anywhere
The signee opens a link and signs in the browser. Nothing to install, on any phone or laptop.
Revise & re-send
If a contract is declined, edit a linked revision and send it again — the history stays connected.
Cancel instantly
Changed your mind? Cancel a contract and the signing link is nullified the moment you do.
The seal
Why a sealed contract is different.
An emailed PDF can be quietly edited and re-saved, and no one’s the wiser. A sealed Contract Ledger agreement is locked to a cryptographic fingerprint at the instant both parties sign.
- Tamper-evident. The SHA-256 hash is computed over the final agreement — any later change breaks it.
- Independently timestamped. An RFC-3161 token proves when it was sealed, from a trusted authority.
- Both parties hold a copy. Each side keeps a durable link to the same sealed record and signatures.
- Court-ready. A clean, print-standard PDF with both signatures and the fingerprint, ready if it’s ever in question.

Good questions, straight answers.
Is a sealed contract legally binding?
A contract is binding when both parties agree to its terms and intend to be bound — which is exactly what signing does. The seal doesn’t make it binding; it makes it provable, by recording a tamper-evident, timestamped copy of what was signed. Our templates are drafts to start from, not legal advice — have a lawyer review anything significant.
Does the other party need the app?
No. They get a secure link and sign in their browser on any phone or laptop — no download and no account required.
What does “tamper-evident” actually mean?
When both parties sign, we compute a SHA-256 hash over the final agreement and record it with a trusted timestamp. If even one character of the sealed contract is later changed, the hash no longer matches — so any alteration is detectable.
Can I change a contract after sending it?
No — once it’s sent it’s locked, to protect both sides. If something needs to change, you can cancel it, or create a linked revision with Edit & re-send so the history stays connected.
Which contracts can I create?
Nine Australian templates: service agreements, fixed-price work, time & materials, supply of goods, retainers, subcontractor agreements, consulting, NDAs and hire/rental — each with editable starter clauses.
